Terms of service
1. The service
Momentum Huddle is a Google Sheets add-on that runs a structured weekly team meeting — timed segments, a scorecard, priorities, issue solving, to-dos, and email recaps — inside a spreadsheet you own. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
2. Your data stays yours
Everything the add-on writes lives in visible Huddle_* tabs of your own spreadsheet. You own it, you can export it, and if you stop using the service you keep every row. We claim no rights over your content.
3. Trial and license
- Every user gets a 14-day free trial from first open, no card required.
- After the trial, starting a meeting requires a license key. One key covers one team, any team size, on a flat monthly or annual price. Viewing your existing data stays free without a license.
- Purchases, invoicing, taxes, and refunds are handled by our merchant-of-record payment provider under their checkout terms. Keys that are refunded or expired stop validating.
- Don’t share one team’s key across multiple teams or resell keys.
4. Acceptable use
Use the add-on lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt the service, probe or bypass the license mechanism, or use it to send spam through the email features. The email automation sends to addresses you configure — you’re responsible for having the right to email them.
5. Services you connect
Jira, Google Chat webhooks, Google Analytics, and Google Calendar are optional connections governed by their own terms. They only activate when you configure them, and you can disconnect them at any time.
6. Beta features and availability
The product is under active development; features may change. The add-on runs on Google Apps Script inside your Google account, so its availability follows Google Workspace’s availability. We’ll communicate breaking changes plainly and never silently repurpose your data.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Your numbers, decisions, and meetings are your own — the add-on organizes them; it doesn’t guarantee outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data held in your own spreadsheet.
9. Termination
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the add-on — your spreadsheet and all its data remain yours. We may suspend or end service for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we’ll update the date above and note the change on this page before it takes effect.
